Hello and welcome.  I'm glad you stopped by today!

My name is Sherry Auger and I live in a small town in Maine with my husband, Richard.  We live in an 1851 Federal and our home overlooks the Penobscot River.   We have a Maine coon cat named smokey, who, upon my mother's moving in with us, promptly defected to her care.  Oh well, they say cats chose their owners, and he made his choice.

As you make your way through my site I hope you take a look at my cast of characters.  Some of them live in short stories that have been published online and some live in traditional magazines.  There are a few that live in picture books, chapter books, and novels all looking for a home to be represented by an agent or publisher.  I'll make sure you know which is which.

Ocassionaly you will see links to different sites.  Some of them will take you to other author's sites, some will take you to some of my favorite sites.
